Amy Slaton admits she may be moving too fast with her new boyfriend.

In the season seven premiere of 1000-Lb Sisters, the 37-year-old—who has starred in the TLC series with sister Tammy Slaton since 2020—revealed her boyfriend Brian Scott Lovvorn wants to expand their family and made a very serious request.

“He was talking about me getting my tubes untied,” Amy—who shares sons Gabe, 4, and Glenn, 2, with ex Michael Halterman—told her sister Amanda Halterman during the premiere episode, “to have another baby.”

Amanda, 44, immediately made her shock apparent in an offside confessional.

“Hell no. The f–k?” Amy’s older sister exclaimed. “I’m not sure if she’s thinking with her va-jay jay or not, but she should have a cold f–king shower and he should too.”

In the conversation, though, Amanda was a little more delicate with her young sister.

“Take it slow,” she told Amy. “Keep your guard up, because sometimes it’s that snowball effect where they treat you for some type of way for so long and then after you’ve been together for two or three months, you really start to see how they treat you. And that’s when the true them comes out.”

Amy—whose September 2024 arrest with Brian at a Tennessee zoo will be detailed later in the season—admitted that she and Brian were hot and heavy from the jump. In the same conversation, Amanda pointed out her disbelief in the couple’s matching tattoos, which Amy said they got on their second date.

“Me and Brian, our love is scary,” Amy said in her own confessional. “We’re moving so fast but yet, it just makes sense. I finally found a man that truly loves me for me. So we got a tattoo to remind us of that.”

As for whether Amy plans to heed her sister’s advice? “I’m not doing that,” Amy said later in the episode, “No.”

Of course, Amanda isn’t holding her breath for her sister to come around to her perspective.

“My little sister going to do what my little sister going to do,” Amanda later explained. “But I’m going to tell her, and I’m going to remind her, ‘Take your time.’”
