Madison Brush recently welcomed her fourth baby with husband Caleb Brush. The Sister Wives star made the announcement alongside a picture of her newborn daughter Emilia swaddled in an all-pink outfit while she sweetly opts for a nap during her big photo op.
“Absolutely worth the wait, Miss Emilia Estelle Brush has finally made her grand entrance,” the 29-year-old wrote on Instagram March 15. “Our sweet girl took her time, keeping us all in suspense, but when she decided it was time—she didn’t waste a second. Born on 3/14, she arrived absolutely perfect.”
She continued, “We are completely smitten with our newest little love.”
Madison, who married Caleb in 2016, is also mom to kids Axel, 7, Evie, 5, and Josephine, 2.
Baby Emilia’s arrival was also celebrated by her grandmother Janelle Brown.
“Sweet Emilia Estelle,” Janelle—who shares Madison with ex Kody Brown—wrote alongside the same picture shared by Madison on Instagram March 15. “We waited for you to make your appearance. We are so in love.”
Madison and Caleb revealed they were expecting their fourth child in September.
“What a wild year! Looks like 2025 might be a little crazy too!” Maddie captioned a Sept. 29 Instagram post in which she is cradling her new baby bump. “Baby Brush #4 coming March 2025.”
After sharing that her fourth baby would, in fact, be a girl, Madison revealed that her pregnancy came as a surprise to her and Caleb.
“We were getting ready to be done,” she said on The Authentic Society‘s podcast Nov. 4 episode. Caleb was talking to a urologist, and I was like, ‘I’m pregnant.’”
“It was such a shock and such a surprise,” she admitted. “I feel like Joey just happened, so I’ve just been pregnant for two years.”
And while Madison and Caleb were surprised by the pregnancy news itself, they weren’t shocked that it would be a little girl joining their squad.
“Caleb and I are nerdy, and we were kind of thinking it was probably going to be a girl,” she said, explaining, “Because most often, statistically, when you have two of one, you’re gonna have a third.”
