Kimberly Burch’s final social media post is now a haunting portent of what was to come.

The fiancée of Faster Pussycat singer Taime Downe is presumed dead after falling off an 80s-themed Royal Caribbean cruise on March 2.

Just one day earlier, Kimberly took to Instagram to share what would become her final post. The 56-year-old shared a selfie of her and Taime, along which she wrote, “We made it to @the80scruise.”

Faster Pussycat was on the cruise as one of the performers, in addition to bands like Squeeze, Adam Ant, Tiffany and Men at Work,and was scheduled for performances on Mar. 2 and 4.

Kimberly’s fall was first confirmed by her mother Carnell Burch, who told TMZ Taime had called her to deliver the news. TMZ reports Kimberly’s body remains missing.

In the time since, Kimberly’s family has shared a joint post expressing their grief over her passing.

“She was a beloved Daughter,Sister,Sister-in-law and Aunt,” reads the Mar. 4 message shared to Facebook. “She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. We ask for prayers during this time for our family as we try to wrap our minds around this heartbreaking tragedy. We love and miss you Kimberly Burch!!”

Following the incident, a Royal Caribbean spokesperson provided insight into the incident.

“Our crew immediately launched a search and rescue effort, is working with local authorities, and we are providing support and assistance to the guest’s family during this difficult time,” the spokesperson shared in a statement with E! News. “To respect the privacy of our guest’s family, we have no additional details to share.”

E! News previously reached out to Royal Caribbean, the U.S. Coast Guard as well as reps for Faster Pussycat for comment but has not heard back.

According to Kimberly’s Instagram, she and Taime had been dating since 2015. Before embarking on the cruise, the couple had enjoyed celebrating Valentine’s Day together, with Kimberly speaking to their love.

“From your first hello to me I fell head over heels in love,” she captioned her Feb. 14 post. “You are my Valentine every day of my life. We are a tornado at times and pure raw love. I wouldn’t have it any other way. We do us like no other. I love you with my entire heart and soul.”
