Jennifer Dodge has been named the president of Paramount Animation, following the exit of former president Ramsey Naito.
Dodge will report to Paramount Pictures co-chairs Dana Goldberg and Josh Greenstein and oversee all operations of the animation group. Dodge is an alum of Nickelodeon, and most recently served as the president of Spin Master Entertainment and Consumer Products, working on the expansion of popular brands like PAW Patrol and Unicorn Academy.
During her tenure, she worked with the studio on the financially successful PAW Patrol movies. (The third PAW Patrol feature, The Dino Movie, is slated for 2026.)
Said Goldberg and Greenstein in a statement, “Jennifer is an exceptional creative executive and producer with a proven track record of building franchises that connect with global audiences. Her deep understanding of storytelling, world-building, and brand development make her the ideal leader to shape the next era of Paramount Animation. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the team.” Added Dodge: “I’ve always believed in the power of animation to inspire, entertain, and unite audiences of all ages.”
Dodge will be taking over the post previously held by Naito, who exited the studio at the end of October when CEO David Ellison announced major layoffs across the studio following the Skydance-Paramount merger. Upcoming Paramount Animation titles include The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants, The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem 2.
