Kourtney Kardashian is prioritizing herself.
In her latest Poosh holiday gift guide, the Kardashians star revealed that while her footwear of choice is usually ballet flats, they were actually causing problems for her feet. But luckily husband Travis Barker—with whom she shares 12-month-old Rocky Thirteen Barker—was able to offer her a solution.
“I learned about these air compression boots this summer on tour from my husband,” Kourtney wrote in the gift guide about Hyperice’s Normatec Elite boots. “I hurt my foot from walking so much in ballet flats and would look forward to putting these on for recovery.”
The 45-year-old also noted that the boots “increase circulation and help with lymphatic drainage,” adding, “I can’t wait to gift them to my friends and family.”
While the Normatec Elite boots retail for around $999, sister Khloe Kardashian had her own foot saving recommendation with Air Socks by Heat Healer, which go for $75.
As Khloe wrote in the gift guide, she gets “all the benefits of wearing compression socks without looking like I’m wearing compression socks.”
Much like in previous years, the 2024 Poosh gift guide gave Kourtney—who is also mom to Mason Disick, 14, Penelope Disick, 12, and Reign Disick, 9, with ex Scott Disick—a chance to share a few of her other wellness picks, as its a topic she is very passionate about.
Like most recently, when she shared how she was taking care of herself after giving birth to Rocky.
The Poosh founder posted on Instagram in December that she was “taking time to slowly ease back into some uphill walks on the treadmill,” trying to “sneak them in” along with taking baby Rocky out for walks in his stroller.
She added, “Be kind to yourself.”
And Kourtney is also looking out for those in her orbit, like stepdaughter Alabama Barker, 18—who Travis shares with ex Shanna Moakler, as well as son Landon Barker, 21, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 25.
“Kourtney loves organic stuff and clean products,” Alabama told E! News last year, “so she always shows me new vegan or very healthy products for your face and skin.”
