When it comes to motherhood, Vanessa Hudgens has her head in the game.
As the pregnant High School Musical star prepares to welcome baby No. 2 with husband Cole Tucker, she revealed that life as a mom to their 13-month-old son—whose name they’ve not shared publicly—has completely changed how she manages her time.
“Balance? I don’t know her,” she exclusively told E! News at Narwal’s End of Summer Soirée in Los Angeles Aug. 21. “Life is crazy and time is a really precious thing. I am a person of extremes—I’m all in doing one thing or another. So I guess that’s balance, if you call extremes balance.”
While raising a toddler has been keeping Vanessa’s hands full, the 36-year-old—who exchanged vows with Cole, 29, in Mexico in December 2023—noted that parenthood has taught her to “slow down and enjoy the moment.”
“It’s so easy to focus on things in the future,” she continued. “Say, ‘I’ll be happy when,’ or, ‘Things will be easier when.’ But that’s not what’s important. What’s important is the moment that is in front of you.”
Indeed, the “Say OK” singer noted that she’s “very in love” with her current chapter, thanks in no small part to the autonomous home cleaning brand.
“Being a mom is literally the most exhausting thing on the entire planet,” she explained, “which is why I’m so grateful for Narwal, because it allows me some time back to myself. So that when I put my little one down, I don’t have to mop the floors. I can actually just enjoy my evening and throw on some Love Island.”
And Vanessa’s mindset certainly reflects her overall quest for efficiency in her life.
“The older that I get, the more practical I get,” she told E! News in November. “Life is chaotic and hectic. I don’t need to make it any more stressful than it needs to be. So, I keep things cozy.”
