Beyoncé and Jay-Z are sticking around, ‘round, ‘round, ‘round, ‘round in France.
Two days after the “99 Problems” rapper made his grand return to the stage during her Cowboy Carter concert in Paris June 22, the duo stepped out for a date at the Louis Vuitton Foundation in the French capital.
For the June 24 outing, Beyoncé rocked a chic white double-breasted blazer and accessorized with a yellow clutch, chunky silver and gold earrings, triangular sunglasses, and, of course, a white cowboy hat.
The “Empire State of Mind” rapper, meanwhile, wore the Cowboy Carter Paris tour t-shirt, which has a large picture of his wife of 17 years on the front. He paired the shout-out to Bey with tan pants, a black bandana, black shades, gold necklace, and black watch.
The rare public date comes after Beyoncé, 43, surprised her Cowboy Carter tour crowds by bringing out Jay-Z, 55, during the third and final night of her Paris concerts.
And, indeed, it’s been a family affair as the couple’s eldest daughter Blue Ivy, 13, has been a featured dancer during the tour with younger daughter Rumi, 8, making a cameo during “Protector.” (Rumi’s twin Sir, 8, has also appeared alongside his sisters in family footage projected during the set.)
Alongside Beyoncé, Jay-Z performed their joint hit, “Crazy in Love,” while he later sung “N—–s in Paris,” his song with Kanye West, though he switched up a verse to give his wife a shoutout instead of his former friend.
Instead of rapping the original line, “Might let you meet Ye, Chi-Town’s hero,” Jay—who last performed with Beyoncé in 2018—changed the lyrics to, “Might let you meet Bey, H-Town’s hero,” shouting out her hometown of Houston, Texas.
Jay-Z is not the only special guest to surprise Paris fans at Stade de France. Queen Bey shocked the audience of her June 19 show with Miley Cyrus, who joined her on stage to sing their Grammy Award-winning song “II Most Wanted.”
“@beyonce to be beside such a humble, gracious, legendary DIVA was a dream come true,” Miley captioned an Instagram carousel of the duo performing together. “Thank you for the opportunity to perform in Paris together & sing our song about friendship. To have learned from you & loved you my whole life, & then be standing together in matching gold looks is more than I could’ve imagined.”
