More details have come to light about P2istheName’s sudden death.

After the YouTuber, whose real name is Phillip Enewally, was found dead in a mail room at his residence, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has found his cause of death was natural, resulting from sudden cardiac dysfunction due to solitary papillary muscle hypertrophy, or a heart attack caused by an enlarged heart muscle.

“Mr. Enewally was found unresponsive at his residence on March 14,” the medical examiner said in their report, released June 10, “and death was pronounced at 15:11 hours by responding fire department personnel.”

Enewally, 26, was popular on YouTube for his vlogs and Twitch game streams, which saw him play NBA2K and Fortnite. In his other videos, he detailed nights out with his friends and running his own clothing brand, Don’t Mind Us.

In one of his last videos shared to his platform, Enewally shared he had plans to move to Atlanta from Los Angeles.
