Lewis Pullman is playing it coy about his rumored romance with Kaia Gerber.
While attending the premiere of his new movie Thunderbolts*, the actor—son of Bill Pullman—opted to keep fans guessing amid speculation that he’s dating the model.
“No, I don’t have a date tonight,” Lewis told Entertainment Tonight April 28. “My family’s my date.”
After the reporter remarked that “there’s a certain brunette we would’ve liked to see you bring along as a date,” the 32-year-old shook his head and evaded her clear allusion to Kaia.
“Well, listen,” he said as he started to back away from the microphone, “We’re all just lucky to be here on the carpet, hanging, looking forward to Thunderbolts*.”
Lewis’ cryptic answers come several months after he and Kaia—whose parents are Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber—first sparked chatter that they’re an item after being spotted cozying up at his birthday dinner in January.
In photos from the outing to Los Angeles restaurant Salazar, the Bottoms actress tenderly wrapped her hands around the actor’s arms and rested her head on his shoulder as they dined with Lewis’ actor father Bill.
“They arrived and left together,” an eyewitness told E! News, adding that the pair were “holding hands and very affectionate.”
Kaia had called it quits with Austin Butler, 33, weeks prior at the end of 2024 after three years of dating, according to multiple outlets. The former couple dated for three years and, while they frequently made red carpet appearances together throughout their relationship, they rarely spoke publicly about their romance, which was an intentional move on their part.
“Honestly, I feel like so few things in my life are private,” Kaia explained to WSJ. Magazine in February 2024, “and that is one of the things that I try to keep as sacred as possible.”
Meanwhile, Lewis was previously linked to singer Rainey Qualley, the 35-year-old daughter of Andie MacDowell, with whom he attended the Top Gun: Maverick premiere in May 2022. Two months later, she raved about his performance in the big-screen blockbuster.
“He’s incredible,” she told Entertainment Tonight at the time. “I couldn’t be more excited for him.”
