Brittany Mahomes isn’t fumbling Patrick Mahomes’ birthday shoutout.
As the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback celebrated his 30th birthday Sept. 17, his wife of three years—who is also the football player’s high school sweetheart—shared a sweet message on social media.
“Happy 30th Birthday!!!” Brittany—mom to Sterling, 4, Bronze, 2, and Golden, 8 months, with Patrick—wrote in an Instagram post. “You are so special to us, and we love you to forever and beyond! The way you love us is so comforting and the way you go about life is just so inspiring! Keep being YOU.”
Alongside the touching message, Brittany, also newly 30, added several photos from Patrick’s birthday celebration, including one of an ice sculpture in the quarterback’s honor. Other moments include Brittany wearing a long black dress and sling-back heels, wrapping her arms around Patrick as he lovingly looks down at her.
Another sees Patrick, who wore a white T-shirt with black striped sleeves, black pants and a hat with sneakers, smiling at his wife as she looks at him with her arm wrapped around him.
This isn’t the first peek fans will have seen into Patrick’s birthday party. After all, country singer Kane Brown previously shared a glimpse into the gathering, which also included Kane’s wife Katelyn Brown and newly-engaged Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift.
In a post the “Miles on It” singer shared on Sept. 16, the group poses together on a staircase, with Patrick and Brittany wearing the same outfits, Kane and his wife in coordinating all-black looks, while Travis dons the short suit ensemble from his Chiefs tunnel walk Sept. 14, and Taylor sports a beige plaid set.
A separate video Kane shared also shows that Patrick isn’t too old to blow out the candles, as he poses in front of several sparkler birthday candles as more friends stand around him clapping.
Kane, for his part, also sent well wishes to not only Patrick on his new year, but also Travis and Taylor for their engagement, which they announced last month. The 31-year-old penned alongside the photos, “Happy birthday Pat & congrats TT. Thanks for hosting us Britt.”
But while Patrick is the one getting celebrated this month, he, of course, made a point to shout out his wife for her birthday Aug. 31. As he wrote in a post at the time, “Happy 30th Babe! Love you!”
