Cameron Diaz is back in action.
The actress, 52, made a rare public appearance in the Hamptons to celebrate the launch of her and co-founder Katherine Power‘s wine brand Avaline’s collaboration with Stella McCartney. The 52-year-old wore a look from the collaborating designer’s Spring 2026 collection, which featured a double-breasted boyfriend jacket and wide-leg trousers embroidered with wildflowers.
The July 12 cocktail party in honor of the brand’s limited edition French rosé featured a star-studded lineup of guests including Andy Cohen, Emma Roberts, Alexandra Daddario, Gucci Westman, Jeff Koons, Sailor Brinkley-Cook and Hannah Bronfman, as well as Cameron’s friend of over 30 years, Drew Barrymore.
And it’s no surprise Drew was there for Cameron’s big night: The talk show host, 50, has previously spoken on their strong bond and how they support one another.
Back in January, Drew shared photos of the longtime pals over the years to Instagram, which she captioned, “And then I met this friend of mine…” along with a series of photos, on which she wrote, “And all I have to do is stand in front of her and she sees everything I am, everything I stand for.”
She continued, “There’s a level of seeing I’ve never really had before in my life. She looks at me and she sees me.”
And through life’s struggles, Drew shared that they’ve been together through it all—even when Cameron took a break from Hollywood in 2014 to focus on her family and raising kids Raddix, 4, and Cardinal, 16 months, with husband Benji Madden.
“The thing that I love about our friendship is that we have been there in all the big and important moments,” Drew said on the livestream. “We’ve also been there in the small moments and the casual moments and the reason we are such good friends is because it’s real and we go through real stuff with each other.”
She added, “It’s not a Hollywood fairytale.”
