The team behind the Amazon MGM Studios project showed off the new trailer at New York Comic Con, and reveal they shot 60-minute takes for the movie.

The movie’s U.K. premiere was announced late Thursday night at London’s Royal Festival Hall just before the screening to a surprised crowd of festivalgoers.

Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy talked up a rebound for their division, led by hits like ‘A Minecraft Movie’ and ‘Sinners,’ during an appearance at the Bloomberg Screentime conference.

The film’s producers secured a distribution deal for the musical, which follows a city girl who moves to the outback and helps her cousin become a debutante. The production has been embroiled in litigation.

The satirical melodrama will be getting a 2026 release.
