It looks like Chelsea Handler and Ralph Fiennes held a conclave of their own on Oscars night.
The Chelsea Lately alum was spotted sharing a laugh with the Conclave star—who lost the Best Actor prize to The Brutalist‘s Adrien Brody at the 2025 Academy Awards—at the Vanity Fair after-party on March 2.
Though the two walked the red carpet alone, they linked arms while leaving the star-studded affair at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Los Angeles.
For the glitzy bash, Chelsea wore a strapless silver gown by Khoon Hooi, while the Harry Potter alum donned the same black-tie tuxedo he had on at the award ceremony.
And this was not the first time the pair crossed paths. Last month, Ralph took part in a small skit with the comedian as she hosted the 2025 Critics Choice Awards.
“Babygirl was one of my favorite movies this year because I love everything Nicole Kidman does,” Chelsea said on Feb. 7, as she was handed a glass of milk as a nod to erotic thriller’s iconic scene. “It even inspired me to hire a new sexy intern.”
As she started to drink from the glass, Ralph began reciting Babygirl actor Harris Dickinson‘s line, “Good girl. Good girl. Good girl.”
“Keep going,” he encouraged her. “Don’t stop, go on, go on.”
Elsewhere during the ceremony, Chelsea, 50, joked about her attraction to the 62-year-old’s past roles.
“You’ve played a ruthless Nazi, an evil lord and a celibate cardinal, and somehow you’ve made me want to have sex with you in all roles,” she quipped. “I’m begging you never play Vladimir Putin. I can’t do that again.”
Neither Chelsea or Ralph—who was married to actress Alex Kingston from 1993 to 1997—have publicly addressed their relationship status. However, Chelsea recently did shared that she is dating again two years after her breakup from fellow comic Jo Koy.
“I’m seeing now that I’m very attracted to and that I like having sex with,” she shared on the March 4 episode of The Jamie Kern Lima Show. “So, that’s a really nice little thing I have going.”
But for Chelsea, she doesn’t consider herself to be a “relationship person.”
“I don’t think any relationships that I’ve been in are serious,” she explained. “All I know is I know what I’m supposed to be doing, and any man that’s in my life is not the main character. That’s a side relationship.”
While she’ll still “love” her partner, Chelsea said being in a relationship is “not my main M.O. in life.”
She added, “I’m not that kind of person.”
