Ciara is showing off her pal’s goodies.
One day after Normani Kordei and NFL wide receiver DK Metcalf announced their engagement, the “1, 2 Step” singer shared a photo of the couple that provided a closer look at her friend’s stunning engagement ring.
In the snap shared to TikTok March 14, Ciara was on a joint FaceTime call with her husband Russell Wilson, DK and Normani, who held up her left hand for the camera, offering a solid glimpse at her gorgeous oval diamond and gold band.
And the “Goodies” singer and Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback—who share kids Sienna, 7, Win, 4, and Amora, 15 months—were certainly impressed by the bling, considering Ciara wore a huge grin and Russell donned a dramatic surprised look in reaction to the big reveal.
What shouldn’t be a surprise? That Ciara and Russell received word of the exciting relationship development through a personal video call. After all, they were the ones who introduced Normani and DK back in 2022—an unforgettable moment that Ciara made sure to shout out in the caption.
“@Russell Wilson and I knew when we introed yall 3yrs ago ..love was truly in the air!” she wrote. “Now yall gon be booed up for forever!! This was the best news!”
Ciara added, “We love yall so much!”
Meanwhile, the rest of the world found out when DK announced that he popped the question in a video celebrating his trade from the Seattle Seahawks to Russell’s Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2025 NFL Draft.
“Shoutout to my beautiful fiancée for being here with me,” the 27-year-old said in the clip posted on Instagram March 13. “Can’t wait to step onto the field with the rest of the Black and Gold Nation.”
And the NFL star also detailed his intimate proposal, revealing that he got down on one knee while spending time with his and Normani’s families in Houston.
“It was my sister’s spring break,” he explained during a March 14 press conference, as seen in a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), “and [I] just thought about getting the whole family together for a big kumbaya and joining our families with a ring.”
