Patrick Schwarzenegger and Abby Champion‘s wedding was truly paradise.
Indeed, the White Lotus star and model tied the knot during a three-day celebration beginning Sept. 4 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, starting with an intimate rehearsal dinner for their families and wedding party.
The following day, the attendees were ready to dance during a welcome barbecue at a nearby ranch. Abby opted for cowboy boots and a hat with her lace Bec + Bridger gown, explaining to Vogue in an interview published Sept. 13, “Western night was a whole different vibe, and honestly, one of the most fun looks of the weekend.”
On Sept. 6, Abby stunned in a custom Danielle Frankel gown featuring a high-neck and deep V back. Her train, a silk overskirt with hand-painted lining, draped gracefully behind her form-fitting dress, which she accessorized with tulle opera gloves and an elegant veil tucked into her blonde locks.
With Abby’s career in fashion, she emphasized how “incredibly important” it was to find the perfect look, which she did thanks to Danielle Frankel. “I knew I wanted to work with someone I felt completely comfortable with,” the 28-year-old shared of the designer, “someone I could openly share my thoughts and opinions with.”
For Patrick’s part, the 31-year-old, who proposed in December 2023, opted for a black and white tuxedo to complement his bride.
With the wedding ceremony—officiated by Abby’s dad Greg Champion—taking place with Lake Coeur d’Alene as a breathtaking background, the model admitted that choosing minimal decor was deliberate.
“I was a little terrified of bees, so I wanted to avoid anything too elaborate,” she added. “It turned out perfectly.”
It was a family affair for the couple, with Abby’s parents Greg and Laura Champion and her siblings, LukeChampion, Joshua Champion and Baskin Champion, in attendance. Meanwhile, the Gen V actors’ parents, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, as well as his brother Christopher Schwarzenegger, sister Katherine Schwarzenegger, and brother-in-law Chris Pratt, were ready to celebrate their nuptials.
Beyond their family, their guest list included a few more notable celebs, including Patrick’s White Lotus costars Jason Isaacs, Sarah Catherine Hook and Sam Nivola, as well as Taylor Lautner, OliviaJade, Iris Apatow, Rob Lowe and his son John Owen Lowe.
Looking back at the weekend, Abby will cherish their fairytale celebration. As she explained to the outlet, “I still can’t believe it’s over—it all flew by like a dream. I’m so excited to start this next chapter with Patrick.”
