Jessica Alba is hoping to make a fantastic fortune on her Beverly Hills mansion.
The Fantastic Four star and her estranged husband Cash Warren, who announced their separation in January, are selling the home they shared during their marriage for an asking price of $19 million.
The 8,830 sq. ft. property, which boasts seven bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, was built in 2005 and purchased in 2017 for $9.9 million, according to Realtor.com records. The house also features a gym, home theatre and inground pool, and was remodeled by mother-son design duo Kathleen Clements and Tommy Clements.
E! News has reached out to the former couple’s reps for comment but has not heard back.
In 2019, the Honest Company founder told Architectural Digest that she and Cash—who share kids Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7—were looking for a home that would serve as “a place to watch our kids play and grow up,” adding that Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi helped inspire their renovations.
“They’d have us over for holiday parties,” Jessica said of the couple, who have since moved to the U.K., “and we’d leave and say to each other, ‘Their house is so sick.’”
After the pair’s separation, Jessica, 43, shared that she had embarked on a “journey of self realization” that led her and Cash, 46, to part ways.
“I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals,” she wrote in a post on Instagram at the time. “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
