John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are trading the quiet place for the tennis court.
The couple and their daughtersHazel, 11, and Violet, 9, were recently spotted at the 2025 US Open in New York, and their little ones proved they’re invested in the sport.
During their Sept. 7 outing, the family watched as Carlos Alcaraz—and his new buzzcut—defeated Jannik Sinnerin the men’s singles championship match. And with this being the players’ third play-off game of the season, the group couldn’t keep their eyes off the court as they ate a slice of pizza and exchanged a few words.
But when the camera highlighted John and Emily’s presence in the audience, their daughters excitedly waved towards the big screen.
As for their couture, The Devil Wears Prada star, 42, sported a white button down while The Office alum, 45, matched his glasses with his black polo top. Hazel and Violet kept their outfits coordinated, wearing a mixture of pink and blue with minimal jewelry.
While the family rarely makes public appearances together, they are always a united front when it comes to tennis. In fact, they attended the 2024 US Open last September and returned to the green court a year prior. Their 2023 outing was notable, as it came months after Emily announced that she was briefly stepping away from acting to spend time with her daughters.
“This year, I’m not working,” she told Bruce Bozzi on his Table for Twopodcast in July of that year. “I worked quite a bit last year, and my oldest baby is nine, so we’re in the last year of single digits.”
And as Hazel and Violet continue to get older, the Jungle Cruise alum wants to be there as they hit new milestones.
“I just feel there are cornerstones to their day that are so important when they’re little,” the actress continued. “And it’s, ‘Will you wake me up? Will you take me to school? Will you pick me up? Will you put me to bed?’ And I just need to be there for all of them for a good stretch. And I just felt that in my bones.”
