Kate Gosselin’s plus eight are looking back at their childhood.
Over a month after the Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum joined TikTok, she revealed that her and ex-husband Jon Gosselin’s eight kids—24-year-old twin daughtersMady and Cara, and 21-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel—are tuning in to their former TLC show.
In her Aug. 2 TikTok, the 50-year-old filmed a GRWM while sharing details about her nursing career. And while fans are excited to see her back in the medical field, some users reflected on their favorite memories from Jon & Kate Plus 8.
“How lucky you are to have all those precious things recorded,” one user commented, to which Kate replied, “Yes! My adult kids are now watching our show with their friends/bf and gfs! Isn’t that cute?”
Indeed, her kids have shared their thoughts about the popular show—whichended in 2009, the same year Kate and Jon got divorced after a decade of marriage—in recent years. In fact, Hannah detailed howgrowing up on reality TV impacted the Gosselin family’s dynamic.
“That was our normal,” she told Teen Vogue in May. “The film crew was there 24/7. “[Filming] made my siblings and I closer to each other, even though it made my parents further from each other. It’s hard to go back and watch my parents argue.”
But despite stepping away from the spotlight, Hannah and her siblings will still share moments about their life—but this time around, on a smaller screen. In another rare update video, Kate shared that her eight kids will make a special appearance in her TikTok videos.
“There’s gonna be a lot of dogs on it—and kids, but mostly dogs and me,” she explained in her July 29 TikTok, before joking about the next chapter she’s embarking on. “I’m in my German shepherd dog mom era. Is that how they say it? You know what I mean.”
