Kylie Jenner needs a Knicks win.
Shortly after the New York Knicks bested the Indiana Pacers in the May 29 game of the NBA Eastern conference finals, the Kardashians star cheekily reshared a Sex and the City clip on TikTok that proved why her romance with Timothée Chalamet is dependent on the New York team’s success.
“Don is obsessed,” Kim Cattrall’s Samantha lamented to Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw in a clip originally shared by Max May 22 on TikTok. “I don’t get laid unless the Knicks win.”
Naturally, fans were quick to relate the clip to Kylie and Timothée, as the Call Me By Your Name star has been locked in to the Knicks’ surprising success in the conference finals.
As one fan quipped under the post, “This is a clip of Kylie Jenner.”Another TikTok user added, “Timmy has my girl kylie stressing with this knicks games fr.”
However, the New York-based basketball team is still under pressure for the remainder of this round—as the Pacers only need one more win to advance to the finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder, while the Knicks will need two.
Nevertheless, Kylie—who shares kids Stormi Webster, 7, and Aire Webster, 3, with ex Travis Scott—has pledged her allegiance to the Knicks. The Khy founder has even made it a family affair, bringing along her sister Kendall Jenner to the May 12 game.
Of course, basketball hasn’t been the only part of Kylie and Timothée’s romance lately. The couple made their red carpet debut earlier this month at the 70th David di Donatello ceremony in Rome, where the A Complete Unknown star accepted an award for cinematic excellence.
