Laura Prepon and Ben Foster’s Divorce Settlement Reveals Their Eye-Popping Incomes

It’s that salary show.

Laura Prepon and her ex Ben Foster‘s eye-popping monthly incomes were revealed in their recent divorce settlement, which was reached six months after they called it quits following six years of marriage.

So, how much do the former couple rake in? Prepon, 45, earns a whopping gross monthly income of $70,509.92, while Foster, 44, takes home an impressive $22,205.50 per month, according to docs obtained by Us Weekly April 18.

And that’s not the only insight about the pair’s finances that was uncovered. The settlement docs also said that Foster has agreed to pay Prepon $5,500 in monthly child support in order to help raise their kids, 7-year-old daughter Ella and a 4-year-old son whose name has not been revealed.

And as for how they plan to divvy up other childcare expenses? Foster and Prepon—whose home will serve as the children’s primary residence—agreed to split the costs of tuition and school-related bills moving forward, per the filing.

The couple’s divorce agreement follows a tumultuous legal battle for the exes, who tied the knot in 2018, one year after welcoming their daughter.

While Foster initially cited “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for their split, according to court docs obtained by E! News at the time, the X-Men actor later amended his petition, accusing Prepon of “inappropriate marital conduct.”

In the updated filing, obtained by In Touch in March, Foster alleged that the That 70’s Show alum was “guilty of such cruel and inhumane treatment” that made living together “unsafe and improper.”

Shortly after, Prepon submitted her own counter-complaint denying the allegations and accusing her ex of “habitual drunkenness,” per court documents also obtained by In Touch

E! News reached out to a rep for Foster for comment on the accusation at the time, but did not hear back.

Despite their messy split, Foster and Prepon are on the same page when it comes to one important aspect of their lives: raising their kids out of the spotlight.

“Everyone is different with [posting] pictures of their kids,” Prepon told People in 2018. “No judgment, do your thing. It’s a personal thing. But for my husband and I, that’s where we do remain extra private, is when it comes to our kids.”
