Law Roach was seeing double at the 2025 Met Gala.
After styling his frequent collaborator Zendaya for the annual costume ball in New York City May 5, the fashion guru seemed to catch a glimpse of first-time attendee Anna Sawai wearing a nearly identical white suit and wide-brim hat while giving an interview on the red carpet.
“I am dying ‘cause she’s got on Zendaya’s look,” he said in a TikTok video posted by HelloBeautiful! May 6, adding, “I’m so glad we came early.”
Of course, the Emmy-winning actresses’ twinning looks weren’t completely alike as Anna’s Dior ensemble featured wide-leg trousers and distinct pocket detailing in addition to matching white gloves. Meanwhile, Zendaya’s three-piece Louis Vuitton zoot suit included a vest and her pants were more of a flared style.
Plus, the Dune star, 28, made her outfit even more unique by sporting one major accessory that was definitely one of a kind: her stunning engagement ring from fiancé Tom Holland, which she first sported publicly to the 2025 Golden Globes in January.
As for Law, 46, he made his own mark at the invite-only soiree by trading his signature long black tresses for a striking blonde pixie cut, noting that the drastic hair transformation was his way of “telling a story.”
“This is such a special night, and I wanted to change it up a bit,” he told Vogue ahead of the fashion fundraiser. “I’ve been blonde before, but never like this.”
Along with the unique hairstyle, Law rocked a custom Burberry velvet suit with ruffled cuffs as his contribution to the event’s “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” theme.
“This Met Gala is personal,” he continued. “Not only for myself, but also for all the people like me.”
