Everybody wants to know more about this Hollywood couple.
And while Leighton Meester and Adam Brody have been gracing our screens for many years, they keep their children largely out of the spotlight. However, their kids—9-year-old daughter Arlo and their 4-year-old son, whose name they’ve kept private—are no strangers to life on set.
“My kids, they get what we do,” Leighton, 38, told Vogue in a Feb. 27 video. “They come on location a lot.”
However, they also spend plenty of time away from the cameras as a family—something that Leighton feels has been a benefit to all.
“I don’t think that they’re phased at all,” she added. “They get a lot of us off set and a lot of us not working, which has been always a really big benefit for both of us.”
Although Leighton and Adam try to make sure one of them is home with the kids, they’ve also enjoyed working together ever since starring on the 2011 film The Oranges.
Now, the couple—who started dating in 2013, ultimately tying the knot the next year—has plans to work together once again, in the upcoming season of Nobody Wants This. Leighton will appear as the middle school nemesis of Adam’s onscreen love interest Kristen Bell, Netflix announced on X (formerly Twitter) Feb. 20.
And Kristen is feeling plenty of XOXOs over the chance to reunite with her Gossip Girl costar.
“Leighton Meester is blessing us with her presence,” the Frozen alum told E! News Feb. 22, before adding that her entry “will be fun” because “she is not my nemesis” offscreen.
But perhaps no one is more thrilled than Adam, who recently shared how much he enjoys creating movies and television with his wife.
“We don’t have a dream project,” Adam exclusively told Zuri Hall on Live From E!: Golden Globes on Jan. 5. “We always like to work together when it comes up.”
