Lucy Hale Reveals the Secret to Her Self-Care Routine

Watch:Lucy Hale Confesses Where She Stands With the Original Pretty Little Liars Cast

Lucy Hale has a few pretty little secrets to looking and feeling better.

The 35-year-old has shared her daily self-care regimen that she has combined with a new skincare routine.

“I have things I do every day consistently,” the Pretty Little Liars alum told E! News’ Francesca Amiker in an exclusive interview. “Every morning I wake up and I have warm water with lemon. I do LED red light mask. I love a rose water spritz. I love a Gua Sha in the morning, eye patches.”

Lucy added, “That is part of my self-care, and it makes me happy. It’s very easy for me to want to do those things.”

Meanwhile, the Scream 4 actress has also taken action in response to an increase in dark spots on her face.

“In my 20s, it was all about [being] so concerned about breaking out, and I was always having flare ups. And now, I still do have that, but it’s more of not wearing sunscreen in my 20s and seeing the spots come through,” she said. “I was told that that would happen, and it’s happening.”

Her main skin concerns right now, Lucy continued, are “brightening” and “clarity,” adding, “really just focusing in on those dark spots, which can be from breakouts or being careless about sunscreen in my 20s.”

Therefore, Lucy’s new partnership with Eucerin skincare to launch its new scientifically advanced Radiant Tone Collection seems like a natural fit.

“My skin wants a simple, minimal, like, consistent routine,” she added, “as opposed to doing 1,000 things like I used to do.”

Lucy noted a couple of her favorite products in the new collection—a cleanser and the Eucerin Radiant Tone Dual Serum dark spot corrector, which she dubbed her “holy grail.”

“I like when things are made easy for me,” she added. “I love structure.”
