‘One Battle After Another,’ ‘Frankenstein’ Top Winners at Costume Designers Guild Awards

As awards season chugs along, it was the Costume Designers Guild’s turn on Thursday, announcing the winners across film, television, short form costume design and costume illustration.

The 2026 Costume Designers Guild Awards, held at The Ebell of Los Angeles, saw prizes handed out to the costume designers behind One Battle After Another, Frankenstein and Wicked: For Good, while on the TV side, awards went to The Studio, Palm Royale and Andor.

The evening was hosted by actress Courtney Hope, with a number of special honors also awarded: the Career Achievement Award to Michelle Cole, the Distinguished Collaborator Award to James Cameron, the Spotlight Award to Kate Hudson and the Vanguard Spotlight Award to Teyana Taylor.

Also at the event, Bulgari served as a strategic partner and introduced a new edition of the Guild’s iconic statuette, The Adrian, as well as dressed several of the honorees, while Tracee Ellis Ross, Paul Feig, Katherine LaNasa, Janelle Monáe, Diallo Riddle, Samba Schutte, Jodie Turner-Smith, Damon Wayans and Sasheer Zamata appeared as presenters.
