Pedro Pascal and Lux Pascal have a fantastic relationship.
The Last of Us actor brought his sister with him to the Los Angeles premiere of The Fantastic Four: The First Steps, and she took the opportunity to gush about their special dynamic as siblings.
“We protect each other very much,” Lux told People at the July 21 premiere. “He protects me a lot, but I guess I’m more under the radar, but I protect him a lot too.”
The Veinteañero a los 40 actress noted that Pedro has “always showed up” when it mattered, even when the brother-sister duo—whose family is originally from Chile—lived on different continents.
“He has a very powerful personality, and he was always the most fun to be around with,” Lux shared. “I would ditch all my friends just to hang out with my brother. It was such a special moment whenever he would visit us in Chile.”
As for the prospect of acting alongside one another in the future, the 33-year-old expressed being open to the possibility.
“Who’s to say,” Lux mused. “I mean that’s between the universe and him probably. His schedule is way tighter than mine.”
In fact, the siblings’ bond was on full display at the Fantastic Four premiere as seen in footage shared on social media by Entertainment Tonight, where Pedro bent down to adjust Lux’s gown, making sure that it was properly laid out as she posed on the blue carpet.
They also stopped for photos together, with Lux looking gorgeous in her black halter gown with cutouts around her torso and Pedro putting on a dapper display in his white dinner jacket, black slacks and polka-dotted neck scarf.
“What makes him so fabulous is that he wears all of his humanity on his sleeve, and he doesn’t hide who he is,” Lux added at the time. “And I think that’s refreshing, because usually we move around the world hiding who we are. That’s the main lesson I’ve gotten from him: There’s no reason for me to hide who I am, right? And I think people are seeing that.”
