Are they still together? We’d say so.
Doja Cat and Stranger Things actor Joseph Quinn put some subtle PDA on display while at the airport following a getaway to Mexico.
For the Feb. 17 airport visit, Joseph—dressed for travel in a light brown windbreaker, black pants, and glasses—was spotted with his arm wrapped lovingly around the “Say So” singer’s shoulder while checking their bags. She, meanwhile, kept casual in an oversized black trench coat, cream white romper, and accessorized with silver headphones.
Doja (real name Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini) and the Quiet Place actor first sparked dating rumors in August during a PDA-filled night out at London’s Dingwalls music venue and later at a nearby pub.
Soon after, they ignited engagement speculation after the Grammy winner wore a ring on that finger during her performance at the iHeart Radio Music Festival in September.
As to how Doja, 29, responded to the rumors?
“No I’m not engaged,” she wrote in a since-deleted X post “It’s a David Yurman ring with no rocks in it.”
Doja even doubled down on ending speculation during her 2024 Global Citizen Music Festival performance in October, where she mouthed the words “I’m not married” while pointing to her ringless fingers.
But while the duo wasn’t linked together until summer 2024, Doja seemed to manifest her relationship with the 31-year-old more than two years prior when she gushed over his breakout performance in Stranger Things season four.
As she put it in a since-deleted post on X, then-Twitter, in May 2022, “Joseph quinn fine as s–t.”
Shortly after, Doja made waves when she slid into the DMs of Joseph’s costar, Noah Schnapp, asking about the Gladiator 2 star—a conversation that Noah, 20, subsequently posted on social media.
“Noah can you tell Joseph to hmu” she wrote after asking if Joseph was single according to Noah’s now-deleted July 2022 TikTok, which he captioned, “thirsty doja.”
But while Noah putting the private messages on display may have caused some initial drama between him and Doja, she ultimately saw the experience as a learning opportunity for the then-teenager.
“When you’re that young, you make mistakes,” she said during an Instagram live addressing the situation. “You do dumb s–t. I’m trying to be super fair. You f–k up relationships with people, you make mistakes—like you’re supposed to so that you know not to do it in the future. I did my share of f–ked up so that I don’t f–k up again.”
