Paige DeSorbo is embracing the single life.
Just over a month after the Summer House star announced her breakup from Craig Conover, her Bravo costars shared an update on how the Giggly Squad podcast cohost is adjusting post-split.
“She’s doing as good as she can be given the circumstances,” Summer House‘s Amanda Batula exclusively told E! News in a joint interview with husband Kyle Cooke. “I don’t think either of us have spoke with Craig. I know Kyle reached out and I did but I’m sure he’s flooded with messages.”
And Kyle—who had somewhat of a falling out with the Southern Charm star last year—isn’t upset that Craig left him on read during this emotional time.
“I’d say it was within hours that I texted them both separately,,” Kyle recalled. “I haven’t heard back from Craig. I hope he’s doing okay. I’m kind of tempted to check in with like Shep [Rose] or Austin [Kroll].”
However, Amanda had more insight into how Paige is holding up these days.
“She’s okay,” Amanda noted. “Just keeping busy with her [Giggly Squad] tour and all that stuff. So just keeping her head above water and seeing where things go.”
And while some fans were shocked by the former couple’s split announcement in December after three years of dating, Amanda was “surprised, but not shocked” by their parting of ways.
“You want your friends to be happy and you want their relationships to go in the direction of marriage and for everything to work out,” she told E!. “So, it was sad. But Paige makes decisions that are only for the best with both parties.”
As for Kyle’s take on their long-distance relationship not working out?
“There were some red flags over the summer when you look back,” the Loverboy founder admitted of the upcoming season of Summer House. “I don’t know how much we’ll see, but I think it takes a lot for Paige to air concerns. She keeps things bottled up until it’s finally at that point where it bubbles over.”
The 42-year-old even noted, “There was one moment that she and I had where she was talking about some of the challenges that they were facing. Literally in the three years they were dating, this is the first time I’ve ever heard of a speedbump, which is interesting.”
Regardless, Amanda knows her BFF will bounce back.
“I love single Paige and I love relationship Paige,” she shared with a laugh. “They’re two different people and I love them both equally.”

Following months of split speculation, Paige announced over the 2024 holidays that she and Craig had officially split after three years of dating.
“No one did anything. It wasn’t a bad thing,” Paige said during her Dec. 30 Giggly Squad podcast episode. “I think we both were just being really mature and saying what we want and what we didn’t want, and I think that’s extremely powerful to be able to voice how you’re feeling in real time and what you want for your future.”
The influencer also shot down rumors of cheating between her and the Southern Charm star and insisted the parting of ways was amicable.
“I think he is one of the best people I’ve met in my entire life,” Paige continued. “I will remain the biggest fan of him and want the best for him, and he truly will get the best because he is the best.”
Craig Conover Addresses the Split
Over a week after the breakup news went public, Craig shared his side of the story.
“This has all been very, very unexpected, to say the least,” Craig said in a video shared to Instagram Jan. 7. “I was very shocked and it’s ok, it takes two people to be in a relationship. You can’t control other people you can only control how you react to it.”
That said, Craig also wants everyone to extend grace to his now-ex.
“I’m still processing everything, which is normal, I mean, three-year relationship, it’s your best friend who you talk to all day, every day and then they’re just gone,” he noted. “So one day I’ll be able to talk more on it but right now I just wanted to thank everyone for their kind messages.”
