Tyler Cameron’s first impression of the 2025 Super Bowl Halftime show? Not great.

After Kendrick Lamar’s headlining performance during the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Philadelphia Eagles game Feb. 9 in New Orleans—which featured a surprise cameo from Serena Williams in an apparent dig at Drake—the Bachelorette alum shared his thoughts on the rapper’s set on social media.

“And the worst halftime performance goes to…” the 32-year-old wrote over a video of the performance posted on Instagram, adding in the caption, “Should have been Lil Wayne!!”

Not everyone shared Tyler’s opinion, though, including his fellow Bachelor Nation alum Rachel Lindsay, who commented on his post writing, “Oh you just don’t get it friend.”

Summer House star Ciara Miller also appeared to disagree with his take, commenting, “You should delete this post friend…..”

Tyler did go on to share that he was a fan of the “Not Like Us” rapper’s guest performer in a comment of his own, noting, “SZA did slay tho.”

After Kendrick was announced as this year’s Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show headliner, many fans expressed disappointment that Lil Wayne wasn’t selected for the gig instead, given that the “Lollipop” rapper is a New Orleans native. Even Wayne, 42, seemed stung by the snub, saying in an Instagram video at the time that he hadn’t “mentally prepared” himself for the “letdown” of being overlooked.

But Kendrick, 37, eventually addressed the issue on his song “wacced out murals,” off his 2024 album GNX. On the track, Kendrick rapped, “Used to bump Tha Carter III, I held my Rollie chain proud / Irony, I think my hard work let Lil Wayne down / Whatever though, call me crazy, everybody questionable / Turn me to an Esk—, I drew the line and decimals.”

Tyler wasn’t the only celebrity in attendance at the big game. Keep scrolling to see other stars who were in the stands at Super Bowl LIX.
