The Nominees for the 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards Are Here

The country music world is ready to celebrate.

The nominees for the 60th Academy of Country Music Awards are here, and the impressive lists boasts some of the genre’s biggest names.

Leading the pack is ACM Awards newcomer Ella Langley, whose impressive eight nominations include Female Artist of the Year, New Female Artist of the Year as well as six nominations for her song with Riley Green, “you look like you love me.”

Following right behind Ella are Cody Johnson and Morgan Wallen, who are tied with seven apiece, and Lainey Wilson and Chris Stapleton who each have six.

Meanwhile, Luke Combs is nominated for Entertainer of the Year which, if he takes it home, will make him an ACM Triple Crown winner—which is a special group of artists who have won meaning that, in addition to Entertainer of the Year, Best New Male/Female Artist and Best Male/Female Artist. Among those already in the exclusive club are top 2025 ACM nominees Lainey and Chris, as well as Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood and Kenny Chesney, among others.

And Entertainer of the Year is, as always, a stacked category as Kelsea Ballerini and Jelly Roll are also among those up for the award.

In addition to Ella, there are a number of singers celebrating their first ACM nods. Other first-time artist nominees include Gavin AdcockDashaNoah Kahan, Jessie MurphMuscadine BloodlineShaboozeyZach TopThe Red Clay StraysTreaty Oak Revival, and Tucker Wetmore.

This year’s May 8 ceremony will be hosted by country music legend Reba McEntire from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, and will stream live on Prime Video.

And, this year’s show is gearing up to be bigger and better than ever as the Academy celebrates sixty years of country music. Already, Blake Shelton and Eric Church are scheduled to perform during the ceremony, as well as Lainey and a number of other genre stars.
