Known for her elaborate story times and chaotic vlogs, she tells it like it is and has never been worried about how brands perceived her.
But now that she’s in a wholesome relationship (we stan Makoa), just wrapped an ultra-popular podcast, and is living her best life in Hawaii. Because of that, she says she’s officially entered her “brand safe-ish era.”
To usher in this new era, she collaborated with Tarte to create two limited edition lip kits.
“I’ve been using Tarte products my entire life, so creating my very own has been the biggest “pinch me” moment,” said Tana. Real ones know that she’s featured Tarte time and time again in her videos, and even attended an infamous Tarte trip, so for her, “it’s surreal.”

When it came to choosing a formula to work with, the choice was easy. “The maracuja formula is truly unmatched. I have never felt something so perfect on the lip, other than Makoa. No stickiness, slight plumping without the pain, endless shine,” raved Tana.
She continued, “I apply this combo in the morning, eat pickles, kiss my boyfriend, and wipe my face like an iPad kid all day. It’s still on when I’m taking off my makeup at night. Tarte doesn’t play.”
“I will be wearing this on my lips in the nursing home,” she only half jokes.
Another place she’ll be wearing the iconic collab? Her wedding day! “It’s the only thing that will withstand the way we’ll be making out at the altar. And I have to look fabulous with no facetune! Honestly I’ll be demanding that my bridesmaids wear it as well.”
