Faith Hill is in perpetual bliss over Tim McGraw’s new haircut.

After the “I Like It, I Love It” singer debuted a new shaved head in July during a walk in Nashville, Tennessee, he admitted that he may keep the hairstyle longer than anticipated thanks to his wife’s reaction.

“It was so hot this summer, and I just decided to do it,” he told E! Newsin an exclusive interview at the iHeartRadio Festival Sept. 20. “Once I did it, I really liked it and then my wife liked it even better.”

As the 58-year-old—who tied the knot with the “This Kiss” singer in 1996—put it, “I’m like, when my wife likes something, I’m gonna keep it.” (For more celeb interviews at iHeartRadio Festival, tune into E! News tonight, Sept. 22, at 11 p.m.)

Tim takes his wife’s opinion seriously beyond his personal style. In 2023, he assured her opinion meant most when it came to releasing new music, telling E! News at the time, “her musical chops are some of the best in the world.”

“We don’t always agree about songs,” he shared. “But I always want her opinion.”

Indeed, at this point, Tim couldn’t imagine a life without Faith. After all, the “Cowboy Lullaby” singer previously joked to E! News that his quarter of a century-plus marriage feels closer to “82 years” in such a public industry.

“It’s kind of like dog years,” Tim—dad to Gracie McGraw, 28, Maggie McGraw, 27, and Audrey McGraw, 23, with Faith—explained. “You have to count each year as seven.”

However, the couple also keep their romance fresh by prioritizing date nights, reminiscing over a very special span of dates back in 2020 that included their three daughters.

“We sat outside, we set up tables outside, we played games, we watched movies,” Tim explained to E! News at the time. “And we had a great time just hanging out.”

As he put it, “It was probably one of the most special times we’ve had as a family in a long, long time.”
