It’s lights, camera, action for one of the biggest weekends in pop culture.

As San Diego Comic-Con kicked-off July 24, fans from far and beyond were gifted with a first look at some of the most highly anticipated films and TV shows to hit the screen in the coming months.

While Marvel was absent from the iconic Hall H, Disney still had plenty to tease, including Tron: Ares starring Jared Leto, Evan Peters and Greta Lee, set to debut Oct. 10, which explores an AI advancement program and the dangers it brings to the real world a decade after the events of Tron: Legacy

And for one, star Jeff Bridges proved that Jared went “full method” during their time on set as he wanted to be addressed by his character’s name.

“I didn’t want to offend him as a thespo,” Jeff said during the July 25 panel. “But I thought, ‘I wanted to have a certain intimacy with you. I know your name is Ares. Can I just call you Air?’ He said, ‘Yeah man! You can call me whatever you want!’ We had a great time.”
