It’s time to check back in with the 1000-lb Sisters.

In a new trailer for the upcoming season of their TLC series, Tammy Slatonrevealed the surprising aftermath of her 500 pound weight loss.

“I’ve come so far on my weight loss journey,” Tammy said in the March 24 trailer, “but now I have even more insecurities about my body because I have so much loose skin.”

The trailer showed the 38-year-old—who has regularly shared updates about her weight loss journey, which has included a 14-month stay in a weight loss rehab facility and bariatric surgery in July 2022—showcasing her excess skin while wearing black shorts and a floral tank top as she hung out with her family outside.

But this isn’t the first time the reality TV star has addressed her skin. In fact, when we last left Tammy in the show’s December season finale, she confessed she was “pissed” because of another delay to her skin removal surgery—this time because of her addiction to vaping, which could negatively affect the healing process.

“I just want to be able to walk around better without losing balance,” Tammy told her doctor in the episode, adding in a separate interview, “It’s hard to walk because of the skin. I walk like a daggone penguin. My belly goes this way and I’m going that way.”

She later added, “I’ve been waiting to hear that I can get my skin removal for so long. When I get rid of the skin, I’m going to be a brand-new me. Better. I’m going to become a model and walk the catwalk.”

In addition to season seven providing more updates on Tammy’s skin removal journey, it promised insight into Amy Slaton’s September arrest for multiple drug and child endangerment charges.

After being bitten by a camel at the Tennessee Safari Park Zoo, the 37-year-old was treated for her wounds and arrested after police allegedly smelled marijuana and discovered multiple drugs “in plain sight,” Crockett County Sheriff’s Department public information officer Stephen Sutton told People at the time.

“After the whole camel biting incident, the cops came in and started reading my rights,” Amy said in the trailer. “They should be handcuffin’ the damn camel.”

As clips from her appearing in court played, she added, “I’m scared s–tless. I just hope I don’t ruin my whole life.”
